made the healthiest smoothie this morning
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 2 tsp: sesame seeds, chia, flaxseed’s, physillium, cinnamon and spirulina
- 1/2 cup quinoa milk
- 3 tbs plain yoghurt
- agave nectar
ALL ORGANIC
Started making lunch/dinner too - Kale/Broccoli/Tofu
feels good.
